On the occasion of Independence Day 2025, the Department of Commerce and Management Science, Maulana Azad College, organized a Tree Plantation Drive spreading the message of “Let’s Go Green, Think Green, Live Green.” The programme was presided over by Principal Dr. Mazahar Ahmed Farooqui sir who actively participated by planting a tree and installing a bird feeder cum home for birds, symbolizing care for all living beings. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of staff and students of the college. The spirit of unity, patriotism, and environmental responsibility was felt throughout the event. Cleanliness Drive by Dept. of Commerce & Management Science On 11th August 2025, under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Mazahar Ahmed Farooqui, the Department organized a cleanliness drive with active participation from B.Com First Year students. The initiative involved cleaning the campus surroundings, removing weeds, preparing soil for plantation, and proper disposal of waste.
