The successful cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest drying of oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus spp.) as part of an academic project in P.G. Biotechnology. The photographic evidence demonstrates effective substrate colonization, healthy sporophore development, and uniform fruiting, followed by systematic harvesting and controlled drying to enhance shelf life while retaining structural integrity and nutritional quality. Oyster mushrooms are widely recognized for their biotechnological importance due to their rapid growth, lignocellulosic waste utilization, and high protein content. This work was carried out by Miss Tanzeela and Miss Bushra under the scholarly guidance of Mrs. Farooqui Aamena, and it emphasizes the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical skill development in applied mycology, sustainable biotechnology, and post-harvest processing methodologies. We express our sincere gratitude to the respected Principal for providing constant encouragement and a supportive academic environment that made this project possible. The Principal’s visionary leadership and commitment to excellence continue to inspire students toward scientific inquiry and academic growth.
