NFOGRAPHIC COMPETITION 28.09.2026 Under the continuous guidance, encouragement and motivational support from the Hon’ble Principal, Capt. Dr. Maqdoom Farooqui Sir, The Department of Microbiology, Maulana Azad College, in association with the Microbiologists Society of India (MBSI), successfully conducted an engaging Infographic Competition, with more than 33 entries showcasing the creativity, scientific understanding and innovative presentation skills of students from B.Sc. Second Consolation – Ramiya Tanzeel – B.Sc IIIrd Year Maulana Azad College Topic: From Penicillin to Phages ? Third Consolation – Anushree Mukesh Basaiye – B.Sc Ist year Deogiri College Topic: Biofuel Production: Geopolitical Crisis and Fuel Shock The competition was judged by Prof. Syed Nisar Ahmad Sir Sayyad College of Arts, Commerce & Science, CSN, and Dr.Suchita Bharambe ,Assistant Professor in Microbiology, Government Institute of Science, CSN.Their valuable expertise and constructive evaluation added significant academic value to the event. The event was coordinated by Ms. Mahejabin Sayyad, HOD, Department of Microbiology , with the dedicated support of the Organising Team – Dr. Wajed Khan and Ms. Syeda Zuha Fatema , along with the enthusiastic student volunteers. The enthusiastic participation of students and the committed efforts of the volunteers made the competition a meaningful celebration of scientific creativity, teamwork and innovative thinking.
