The Maulana Azad College Green Audit Committee in collaboration with the MAC Green Club successfully organized a thought-provoking Guest Lecture on the topic "Know Your Constitution / Fundamental Duties: Then and Now"on 19-09-2025 The session was graced by *Mr. Mirza Rijavan Baig*as the Guest Speaker, who delivered an insightful talk on the evolution of the Indian Constitution and the relevance of fundamental duties in contemporary times. His engaging presentation emphasized the role of responsible citizenship and constitutional awareness among youth. The event was chaired by Principal Dr. Mazhar Ahmed Farooqui, under whose guidance the initiative took place. Dr. Ashfaque Khan, Coordinator of the Green Audit Committee, oversaw the organization of the event. The MAC Green Club student leadership was also present, with Ms. Shaikh Bushra (President, B.Sc. TY) and Mr. Zia ul Haq (Vice President, BCS TY) actively contributing to the smooth conduct of the program. An introduction of the guest was presented by Kansa, setting the tone for the session. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Falak, acknowledging the contributions of the speaker, faculty, and students. The lecture witnessed enthusiastic participation from undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as faculty members from both levels, reflecting the shared commitment to civic education and constitutional values. Non teaching staff Mr. Anwar and Mr. Iftequar also contributed to the success of the session.
