The Department of Botany, Maulana Azad College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Aurangabad has organized one Day National Conference, "Conservation and Propagation of plant wealth by Organic and Natural Pathways" Sponsored by Dr. B. A. M. University, Chh. Sambhajinagar. Principal Dr. Mazahar Ahemad Farooqui was the President of the Inaugural and Valedictory Functions. Dr. Kashinath Deodhar, Chancellor Nominated MC member of Dr.B.A.M.U was the Chief Guest, Sr. Prof. Arvind Dhabe was the Guest of Honor. Prof. Rafiuddin Naser HOD Bot. and Convener of the Conference delivered a Welcome Speech. Organising secretary Dr.Ashfaque Khan conducted conference proceeding. Prof.Milind SarDesai (SPPU, Pune), Dr.K.T. Jadhav(Badnapur) delivered Keynote addresses. Prof.Milind Jadhav, Dr.Mukund Kulthe and many other teaching faculties, research scholars and students were present. A total of 125 scholars registered for the conference. 25 research scholars presented orally their reserch papers. Judges Prof.Milind Jadhav and Dr.Mukund Kulthe awarded 4 research papers with best paper presentations. Conference concluded at 6.00 p.m. Dept. of Zoology, Biotechnology ,Microbiology and Y. B. Chavhan College of Pharmacy devotedly cooperated for the success of the conference. Organizing Committee under supervision of Vice Principal Dr. Arif Pathan played a vital role in the success of the conference.
