Maulana Azad College Aurangabad Hosts One week National Student Development Program on Career Opportunities in Zoology Department of Zoology, Maulana Azad College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Aurangabad organized One Week National Student Development Program for undergraduate and postgraduate students. On the occasion of National Science Week, focused on "Career Opportunities in Zoology. February 22 to 28, 2025, was organized by the Department of Zoology in association with Environmental Research Foundation & Educational Academy (ERFEA) and TTWRDCLSW, Nizamabad, Telangana. It will be conducted in hybrid mode, featuring demonstrations (offline) followed by an e-quiz. Participants will receive certificates upon completion.The first session of the program was inaugurated by Prof C.J.Haiware, former head Department of Zoology, Dr.B.A.M.U. The keynote speaker, Prof. C.J. Hiware, delivered an insightful talk on "Sericulture Applications.""Dr. Shaikh Tarannum , Organizing Secretary, introduced the guest, while Dr. Syed Ather Quadri conducted the program. Principal and Chairman of the Program Dr. Mazahar Farooqui delivered the presidential address. Prof. J.D. Shaikh, Head of the Department of Zoology, proposed the vote of thanks. Dr Syeda Zainab, Principal TTWRDCLSW , and Nizamabad were joined the session online. 78 students attended offline, and 186 students joined online modes for the first session of the NSDP. This initiative aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of career opportunities in zoology and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen fields.
