A three-day skill development training program was held at Maulana Azad College of Arts, Science, and Commerce from February 10th to 12th, 2025, organized by the Career Counselling and Guidance Cell in partnership with the Magic Bus Foundation, Pune. The program aimed to boost student employability. Principal Dr. Mazahar Ahmed Farooqui inaugurated the event, urging the 72 participating students to maximize this valuable opportunity. The training covered key skills such as communication, goal setting, stress management, resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette. Interactive learning, including memory games and the "Five Whys" technique, that reinforced values, ethics employability skills and problem-solving skills. Magic Bus Foundation trainer, Mr. Pramod Bhalerao, led the sessions wonderfully. Dr. Aditi Bhattacharya offered her encouragement to the students. The program's success was driven by the efforts of the Career Counselling and Guidance Cell members: Dr. Madhuri Sahasrabudhe, Dr. Sadikali Shaikh, Dr. Shaikh Kalimoddin Rashid, and Ayesha Sultana and Mr.Zeeshan Naqshbandi under the guidance and encouragement of Hon.Principal Dr.Mazahar Ahmed Farooqui
